Aqua Pharmaceuticals, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Regional Sales Managers. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible and accountable for increasing sales and market shares of approximately 10 territories of prescription dermatology products through the management of Aqua's physician based professional sales representative. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of the representatives in their district; coaching representatives in all aspects of their job performance. The Regional Manager direct efforts to implement promotional and marketing programs, and manage activity within their district to ensure compliance with corporate policies and practices.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years Regional Manager experience with prescription pharmaceuticals sales; Dermatology experience a plus. Documented success in pharmaceutical leadership with a proven track record delivering exceptional sales results. Must be an energetic, driven and dynamic leader. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Job Title: Sales Analyst:

Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Sales Analyst reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations in our West Chester headquarters. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting one of our field forces as their main point of contact regarding sales administration, sample management, progress reporting, and other areas. He/she will also be responsible for assisting in regular report generation, analysis, and other sales support functions as necessary.
The Analyst position will be one of the key support contacts with our field sales force of ~100 professionals. They must be able to interact with our field force on a daily basis and act as their primary point of contact to the Home Office. They will be the primary face of Aqua Home Office to their assigned field force.
Key Responsibilities and Competencies:
  • Function as the main point of contact to assigned sales force on a daily basis
  • Prepare field reports using data sourced from our sales force automation system and data warehouse. Responsible for quality, accuracy, and delivery of reports on scheduled in final form for review
  • The position must be analytically-focused and detail/quality-oriented. Reports and deliverables are expected to be produced in final form ready for review.
  • Work with Sales Force Automation (SFA) vendor and Rx data vendor to ensure quality of systems' installations and functionality
  • Maintain accurate records of sales trends in order to evaluate performance.
  • Liaise with Marketing to manage monthly orders of marketing material to the sales force.
  • Participate in calls with 3rd party vendors and internal meetings.
  • Manage sample distribution for assigned sales force in cooperation with the other Sales Analyst(s)
  • Assist in the analysis of territory alignment and optimization.
  • Assist in the development of sales baselines; support the Sales Incentive Commission Program by reviewing and reporting results to field.
  • Coordinate, document, and report Pharmacy Stocking issues.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties, such as answering / fielding in-coming calls as needed
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and training.
  • Manage specific projects from start to finish representing the interests of Sales Management and Operations.
Hiring Requirements:
  • 4-year BS or BA degree. Business, Marketing, or similar degree preferred
  • 1-2 years pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge and competency of MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint required, especially Excel. Demonstrated understanding of data manipulation, geo-mapping solutions, and other analysis tools a plus.
  • A working knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Processes, i.e. PDMA, SFA and similar systems is desired at start and demonstrated understanding is required after an introductory period.
  • A working knowledge of 3rd party pharmaceutical data and sales call information (e.g. Sales, Rx, Managed Care, Call details) is desired at start and demonstrated understanding is required after an introductory period.

  • Answer and screen all incoming calls, announce calls to recipients and receive all visitors in a professional manner.

  • Provide clerical support to all departments.
  • Track and reconcile monthly inventories.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
Qualifications:
Candidate must a BS/BA or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook. 1+ year receptionist/administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility is crucial.
