Job responsibilities:

Performing claim validation testing for new business and health plan changes
Validating that benefits are input correctly into an internal system
Ensuring payments are in line with the customers' expectations
Documenting issues with incorrect benefit payments
Forwarding incorrect claims to the Case Installation department
Recording screen prints
Presenting findings to other teams and auditors
Collaborating with other internal staff to prepare for audits

Requirements



US Healthcare claims processing experience of 18 months  is must
Must be a graduate
Must be comfortable with night shifts
Excellent Keyboard and computer skills with speed of 25 WPM and 95% accuracy
Knowledge of how to read and understand a benefit template is a must
Candidates should be good on Decision making and logical ability

Responsibilities for this position are to:
- Provide expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims
- Analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary
- Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
UNET experience Mandatory
Typing Speed : 25 - 30 WPM/95% Accuracy. Graduate, with not more than 2 year of Experience

Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Available to work 40 hours per week within the operating hours of the site
- Prior stable work experience
- Moderate Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse
- Office environment
