As Medical & Life Insurance is mandatory for the individuals
living in various Gulf Countries like UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi etc., there are
many insurance companies which are holding their own network hospitals or with
a TPA ( Third Party Administration) networks, providing Medical covers to many
customers. Where the insurance companies will issue a Health card with one year
validity to the members and the member can use the card as per the coverage
without paying any thing in the network Hospitals as listed by the insurance
Company at the time of policy inception. Hospitals will be taking a prior
approval from the Insurance companies before providing the treatment to confirm
the coverage details of the member and then provide the services, later
Hospitals will be sending the bills to various insurance companies accordingly
and the payment will be done by the Insurance companies on monthly or quarterly
basis based on the agreed rates with the Hospitals.
As a part of the above procedures
the Insurance companies / TPA Companies / Insurance Broking Companies will be
in need of so many science background Staff to process the claims as per the
coverage and to maintain the records, and to negotiate rates with the network
Hospitals, to give client services, to attend the Medical related queries most
of the insurance companies will be hiring the science graduates with a
reasonable packages in Gulf Countries.

Anyhow for the approval MBBS
Doctors will be having the posts but as for Marketing, Client services and
processing of claims there is a huge scope for Pharmacy Graduates, where MOH or
Pharmacy registration is not an issue.
