Position : Patient Counseling Associate 
Department: Health Care Department of Biocon 

Job Description: 

1. Should be fluent in various languages like { (1) English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil (2) English Telugu & Kannada (3) English Marathi & Hindi) } 

2. Should have good communication skills 

3. Will get calls from patients, doctors & DCA's 

4. Should be able to handle the customer queries 

5.Should accurately capture the result of the calls and enter in computer 

6.Must be flexible for shifts 


9. Should be energetic and enthusiasm about their work. 

ü Experience: Not Mandatory. 

ü Qualifications: Academic qualification in nursing, nutrition and deities / Graduate in Chemistry, Biotechnology or Pharmacy. 
B.Sc-Zoology,Chemistry (or) Any medical Related Courses. 

ü Skill Set : Should possess good communication skills. 

Salary:10000-15000/- Per month+Travel Allowance.
